Let me express my thanks and the thanks of my colleagues here at Lubrizol for the interesting and educational two day course you held in Vadodara - "International Business Etiquettes and Manners". The growth in the Indian economy has also caused an increase in visits from our senior leaders from our head-quarters in the USA As a result many of middle level managers find themselves in one-to-one contact with C-level executives both in conversation as well for dinners and lunches. These are generally short encounters where impressions are formed not only from the words exchanged but also from the actions and general outlook of the people themselves. Your course will give our people the tips they need to present themselves in a better light as well the confidence in knowledge of how to do things correctly.
I have also learned a lot from the two day course and am putting those learning's to use in my daily interactions.

The Corporate Grooming and Etiquette Seminar by Suneeta Kanga was an eye opener for me both professionally and personally.
